Business Maintenance

All Missouri Corporations and LLCs Must File:

  • Articles of Incorporation
File your Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization with the Missouri Secretary of State and pay the filing fee online. The cost to form a Missouri corporation is based on the amount of authorized capital. The minimum incorporation fee is $81, including initial report. It costs $105 to file a LLC by paper or $52 to file an LLC online.
  • Beneficial Ownership Information Report
Nearly all businesses formed by filing with the state of Missouri must file a federal Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) following business formation. You can file online through FinCEN at no cost. Or, take advantage of our professional BOI report filing service for just $25.
  • Annual Report
The Missouri Annual Report costs $45 by paper or $20 online for corporations. Missouri corporations must file the report by the anniversary of your incorporation date each year. Missouri LLCs have no annual reporting requirement.
